Our Vision
AAA is a Christ-centered community of women grounded on the teachings and spirituality of the Foundress of the Religious of the Assumption, St. Marie Eugenie. It focuses on creating a significant contribution to social transformation and national development.
“My gaze is fixed on Jesus Christ and the extension of His Kingdom.”
— St. Marie Eugenie
Our Mission
To strengthen community with fellow alumnae and their families as well as friends of the Assumption
To assist in the continuing spiritual growth, maturity and personal development of our alumnae
To live “Assumption Together” where the lay and religious share resources and talents and collaborates in promoting the teachings of St. Marie Eugenie of Jesus for the transformation of society
Our History
1924
Assumption “Old Girls” maintained connections through the Sodality of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Catholic Women's League, and the White Cross Orphanage.
1965
The Association was formally organized under President Zenaida Quezon-Avancena, with Mother Milagros as the first moderator.
Today
The AAA supports mission schools across the Philippines, with regional chapters worldwide, carrying forward the Assumption mission of faith, excellence, and service.

“Each one of us has a mission on earth. It is simply a question of seeking how God can use us to make His Gospel known and lived.”
— St. Marie Eugenie
