1. Membership

Membership in the Assumption Alumnae Association (AAA) is open to alumni of the Assumption schools in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are a legitimate alumna and agree to abide by these terms.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Your account is subject to approval by the AAA administration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3. Membership Dues

Annual membership dues are required to maintain active membership status. Dues are non-refundable once processed. The current dues amount is displayed on the membership portal.

4. Member Directory

The member directory is provided exclusively for networking among alumni members. You agree not to:

  • Use directory information for commercial solicitation or spam
  • Share or distribute directory data with non-members
  • Scrape or bulk-download directory information

5. Content and Conduct

When interacting with the portal, you agree to:

  • Behave respectfully toward fellow members
  • Not post inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content
  • Not attempt to access features or data beyond your authorization

6. Events

Event registration is subject to availability. Cancellation policies may vary by event and will be communicated at the time of registration. The AAA reserves the right to cancel or modify events as needed.

7. Business Directory

Business listings submitted by members are subject to admin approval. The AAA does not endorse or guarantee any business listed in the directory. Listings must be for legitimate businesses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this portal, including the Assumpta Magazine, is owned by the AAA unless otherwise stated. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or republish portal content without written permission.

9. Termination

The AAA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these terms, non-payment of dues, or conduct detrimental to the association.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
